Shipping Policy

How long does it take for your order to be processed and packaged for shipping?

Please allow us 3 business days to process and ship your order. I also work as an ASL teacher, so there will be days when my teaching schedule is just crazy. I am a 1-woman shop, so I do everything myself. (for now) 🙂

When should I order for the holidays?

Please order by December 13th to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.

Order Tracking

Once you order, you will be sent an email with your receipt as well as your order tracking number.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the intimate nature of the products sold.

We take hygiene very seriously and due to the fact that all of our items are jewelry, we stand firm on this policy.

If you do have any issues with your items, however, please reach out. Satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we are more than willing to work with you if an item arrives broken or damaged. In the event that a refund is issued, all refunds will be in the form of store credit.
